Instructional Assistant, IST 261: Application Development (Java, MVC)
Penn State, College of Information Sciences and Technology. Spring 2023 (Jan to May).
IST 261 teaches application development in Java with an emphasis on industry practice. In this course I:
- coached students through individual assignments
- taught Model-View-Controller (MVC) design and object-oriented programming
- gave a lecture on assignment requirements
- held office hours for tutoring
- graded assignments with constructive feedback
- served as a liaison between students and faculty
